"I find Misty's way of teaching to be clear and to the point. Also, her explanation of the movements is simple, meaningful, and easy to understand. I particularly like Qigong because it energises the body, mind and soul. It's a form of very slow movements, similar to that of Chinese Martial arts. Qigong is suitable for all ages, and can also be practised by less abled bodies. I always look forward to my weekly Qigong class, and over the past year I can't remember missing any class."
